What data we collect
Contact form: When you fill in the form, we receive your name, email address, the subject and message you write, and the language in which you sent it.
Technical logs: When you access the site, your IP address, browser and device information, the page you visit and the time of access are processed temporarily by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare to keep the site secure and available.
Visit statistics (cookieless): Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate statistics such as page views, visited pages and referring websites. This measurement does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.
Visit statistics (with cookies, only with your consent): If you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, the time you spend on them, how you arrived at our site, your approximate location (city/country level), and your device and browser type. If you choose "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for advertising purposes. We rely on the following service providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): domain, security and content delivery; cookieless visit statistics.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.: business email (Google Workspace) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and, for Google Analytics, on the basis of your explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after your request has been concluded.
- Google Analytics data: 2 months (Google Analytics data retention setting).
- Technical logs: briefly in Cloudflare's systems, for as long as needed for security purposes.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
